Job Title: Service Transition Manager (Contract 24 Months)
Location: Bristol (3 days onsite) + UK-wide travel (expenses covered)
Rate: £41.58 £55.34 per hour (Inside IR35)
Interview Format: Microsoft Teams

Overview:
Were looking for a Service Transition Manager to lead IT end-user service migrations as part of a national programme. This role focuses on the smooth transition of accounts, devices, systems access, and infrastructure with minimal disruption to users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, secure IT service transition solutions

  • Coordinate with on-site teams, service providers, and internal stakeholders

  • Support planning, testing, and execution of migrations

  • Provide hands-on technical input and guidance

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in IT service or end-user migrations

  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple site transitions

  • Background in IT change, transformation, or M&A environments (desirable)
