Product Lead/Technical Lead - Amazon Connect implementation

iO Associates are working with a government-owned organisation to secure a Product Lead/Technical Lead for their implementation of the AWS based Amazon Connect.

This role is ideal for someone with deep domain expertise in Amazon Connect who can provide both technical and strategic guidance to shape the delivery and optimisation of the platform.

You'll work closely with the Senior Product Manager to advise on best practices, contribute to product direction, and ensure technical solutions align with business goals.

The successful candidate will have experience working within product delivery teams, and ideally a background supporting major government bodies, departments, or public sector organisations.

• Lead and guide the Amazon Connect implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

• Partner with the Senior Product Manager to define and deliver best-in-class solutions

• Provide technical consultancy and strategic input across the full product life cycle

• Shape the product roadmap and ensure best practices are followed in delivery and integration

• Proven experience in a Technical/Product Lead or Consultant role with Amazon Connect

• Strong technical understanding of cloud-based contact centre platforms

• Experience working in Product Delivery Teams within agile environments

• Ideally experienced with major government departments or public sector clients

• Ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels, advising senior stakeholders

• BPSS Clearance required - must have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years
