The Role

We are seeking an experienced Copywriter with deep expertise in the professional services industry to craft compelling, outcome-focused website copy that reflects our new positioning. You will work closely with our marketing and leadership teams to review existing wireframes, refine our messaging, and create content that differentiates us from traditional recruitment businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Review existing website wireframes and current copy to understand our brand, audience, and objectives.

• Develop fresh, impactful website copy that emphasises our focus on delivering business outcomes through hybrid talent solutions and systems integration.

• Create messaging that differentiates us from traditional staff augmentation and recruitment firms, highlighting our strategic, project-based approach.

• Ensure all copy is clear, concise, and aligned with our brand tone-professional, innovative, and client-focused.

• Collaborate with designers and marketing stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of copy within the website architecture.

• Iterate based on feedback to refine and finalise content before the website launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years of copywriting experience, with a strong focus on the professional services industry (eg, consulting, IT services or systems integration).

• Proven ability to craft compelling B2B copy that resonates with corporate decision-makers and communicates complex offerings clearly.

• Experience working with website wireframes and collaborating with design/marketing teams to align copy with visual elements.

• Strong understanding of brand repositioning and the ability to create messaging that cuts through competitive noise.

• Exceptional attention to detail, with a portfolio showcasing clear, concise, and outcome-oriented writing.

• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and incorporate feedback effectively.

• Must have provided copy services for IT services companies less than 500 employees
