IT Onsite Support Engineer - SC Cleared

Location: Southeast England | Security Clearance Required (SC Cleared or Clearable)

Contract | Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week (Flexible shifts between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday)

Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer with strong customer-facing skills and current Security Clearance (SC)?
We're hiring for an exciting onsite opportunity where you'll play a vital role supporting end users with hardware and software issues that go beyond the capabilities of a traditional service desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face IT support to users, acting as the onsite resolver group for hardware and software incidents.
  • Work on tickets assigned via Helpdesk, Level 2 teams, or self-service, including hardware fixes, cabling issues, software rebuilds, and mobile device replacements.
  • Support office moves ranging from individual desks to larger group relocations, including occasional out-of-hours work.
  • Collaborate closely with Telephony and other technical teams to deliver smooth support experiences.

Requirements:

  • Active SC Clearance (or eligible to transfer).
  • Proven experience in an onsite IT support role.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional out-of-hours support.

Contract Details:

  • £200 Per Day Inside IR35
  • 4-5 Months Initial Contract
  • On-site
  • SC Cleared or Clearable
