Are you a tech-savvy event professional with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? If so, this might the right step for your career goals.

As an Event Technology Specialist, you'll be at the forefront for registration success, ensuring every attendee journey, from initial sign-up to post-event engagement, is smooth, efficient, and reflective of our clients' high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrating seamless registration experiences: You'll dive deep into project requirements, translating them into cutting-edge website designs and intuitive registration workflows.
  • Being the go-to tech guru: Event owners will rely on you as the single point of contact, trusting your guidance to navigate the technological landscape and ensure all external vendors and internal teams hit their milestones.
  • Crafting customised registration strategies: Collaborating with event planners, you'll develop tailored registration approaches, leveraging your knowledge of event registration software.
  • Mastering attendee communication: You'll be the friendly and efficient voice for all registration inquiries, providing timely support and expertly resolving any issues that arise, ensuring a positive first impression and lasting satisfaction.
  • Taking the lead on-site (when needed): You'll have the opportunity to travel and coordinate on-site registration for key events, managing technology fulfillment, training registration staff, and being the face of our clients' brands.
  • Ensuring financial accuracy: You'll oversee payment processing, manage refunds, and work closely with finance teams to maintain financial records.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement: Your post-event analysis and attendee feedback will be considered in refining registration processes for future successes.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, event management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in event registration and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in event registration software is essential.
  • A keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to data accuracy.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach, with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, and travel as required.
