SAP DMS - S/4Hana - Fully Remote

We are supporting a major enterprise-wide transformation as our client moves from their Legacy SAP ERP system to the next-generation SAP S/4HANA platform. A critical part of this programme involves the design and delivery of a robust Document Management System (DMS) to manage business-critical documents across multiple departments.

We are looking for an experienced SAP DMS consultant who can take ownership of the end-to-end implementation of SAP's Document Management solution within the S/4HANA environment. You will be responsible for defining document structures, configuring the system, overseeing document migration, and ensuring successful integration with key modules such as Materials Management, Quality Management and Plant Maintenance. You'll also play a key role in testing, training key users, and documenting the solution for business continuity.

To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience in SAP DMS implementation and configuration within an S/4HANA context. Strong understanding of document workflows, content server setup, ArchiveLink, metadata search, and cross-functional integration are essential. Familiarity with SAP ECTR, SAP PLM Cloud, or SER Doxis4 would be an advantage, but not mandatory.

This is a full-time, remote role with immediate start. You must be residing in an EU country to be considered. If you are based in the UK, you will not be considered.
