Senior Business Analyst - London (4x a week onsite) - £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Senior Business Analyst needed to join our iconic multi-site retail client to play a critical role in driving business and technology transformation across the group portfolio.

The Senior Business Analyst will be a confident and effective communicator, able to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders and technical leads. You'll act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and shared understanding.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll help build and support a high-performing, diverse, and collaborative team that anticipates and responds to the needs of the organisation and its key stakeholders. You will take ownership of requirements gathering, facilitate workshops, and manage stakeholder engagement across major projects. To succeed, you'll bring strong experience with project management methodologies and a passion for driving impactful change.

• Proven Business Analyst experience
• Jira and Confluence
• Requirement gatherings
• Working on Complex IT projects
• Experience with customer-facing systems
• German OR Italian speaking (Highly desirable)
