UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos) SME - 12 months - £450/day Inside IR35 - Hybrid 3dpw London

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and carry out system integrations, upgrades and enhancements
• Provide technical support and support with any issues
• Train end users
• Documentation (incident management, analysis, best practice etc)
• Troubleshoot UKG dimensions and passport users
• Create, Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM modules which includes timekeeping, absence, advanced scheduling, and analytics.
• Integrate and support Passport application

Key Requirements:

• Someone who is hands on is a must for this role as well as proven experience with UKG Pro WFM, specifically around timekeeping, absence, advanced scheduling and analytics
• UKG Pro WFH processes experience and good understanding of the solution
• SAP HR experience (nice to have) as well as passport application knowledge
