Digital Workplace Support Engineer (SCCM)
Location: Coventry, Gaydon, Solihull | Rate: £285/day | Start: 01/05/2025 | Duration: 6 months

My client is seeking two experienced Digital Workplace Support Engineers (3rd Line) to join their IT End User Services team onsite. You'll provide hands-on support, focusing on incident resolution, patch management, SCCM infrastructure, and co-management.

Key skills required include:
* Strong experience in SCCM 2012 admin, application packaging, SQL, and PowerShell Scripting
* Knowledge of OSD imaging, OS upgrades, SUGs, ADR, and SSRS reporting
* Familiarity with Intune Autopilot and client health remediation
* ITIL Foundation certified (minimum), with 3+ years in a complex IT environment

You'll work in a shift-based rota (including Bank Holidays), maintaining high-quality delivery and SLA adherence.
