IT Support Team Manager (Northern Ireland)

Duration 6 months +

Contract (Inside IR35)

We are seeking a Contract IT Support Team Manager to lead our client's 3rd line support team. The remit of this team is global and extends to all aspects of 3rd line support relating to the infrastructure and services, independent of location.

In this role, you will manage a team providing 3rd line global support for the timely resolution of incidents and problems, maintain, and optimise applications and infrastructure and bring new releases into production.

Our client has a dedicated Messaging support team, so the emphasis is on support of the rest of the M365 suite.

You will need to demonstrate:

  • At least 3 years' experience managing a 3rd line support team in an Enterprise level environment.
  • Leading a team responsible for the administration and support of M365 Suite: Office 365, MS Teams; OneDrive; SharePoint Online
  • Managing Policy Updates for M365
  • Experience managing a team supporting Document Tools and Applications eg Templafy, Adobe Acrobat or other
  • Management of pressurised Service Desk environments, people management including SLAs and KPIs and statistical analysis and reporting
  • Represent Support team on policy and review committees for application upgrades and new application introduction
  • Strong Technical understanding
