Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in financial services and software delivery?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, family-run business in central Rotherham that genuinely cares about its people.

They're investing heavily in the future, including a move to a brand-new office within the next 6 months and the delivery of a replacement loan management system already in progress. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility alongside in-office collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing:
Take full ownership of change projects, from scoping through to delivery
Lead the delivery of a new loan management system
Collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, and software teams to drive change
Support user training, testing, and documentation
Help shape the future of business-critical systems

What You'll Need:
5+ years in a project/change management role
Financial services experience (ideally in mortgages or secured lending)
Solid understanding of software development/delivery
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
