IT Support Engineer - FTC - Fixed Term Contract

Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join on a Fixed Term Contract. You will be providing first class 2nd and some 3rd Line support to end users and should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems.

FTC - Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

Hybrid working - 3 days on site

Essential skills/experience

• 5 years + relevant experience 2nd Line Support (with some 3rd Line)
• Autopilot or Azure experience required
• Strong understanding of Windows 10 Operating system
• Mobile support to iOS, android and windows devices
• Windows Active Directory Management
• Microsoft Exchange Server
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networks of TCP/IP, Ethernet & network DNS/DHCP
• Capable of Server administration WINDOWS ( GPO, AD)
• Solid understanding of Hyper- V Virtualization technologies
• Strong Understanding of Software and Patch management systems WSUS and SCCM
• Understanding and working knowledge of Azure technologies & Office 365 administration
