Rate range: GBP 300-400/day

NOTE: The candidates will need to complete appropriate security clearances ( BPSS, SC).

Required Core Skills:

System Admin with key skills
Storage: Dell Powermax, Vplex, Isilon, eNAS, Cisco/Brocade SAN switch
Backup: EMC Data domain, Networker, ECS
Operating Systems: VMWare and Linux/RedHat.

Minimum years of experience: 4+ years

Detailed Job Description:

Monitoring components of Storage systems including volumes, LUNs, disk and logs.
Should be responsible for complete Incident, Change Management, Problem Management and Capacity planning.
Should be able to plan and execute Disaster recovery.
Backup management and health checks Monitor backup jobs, schedules and relevant logs and ensure successful backups.
Storage health checkup.
Performance monitoring of the storage arrays through console.
Controller mirroring configuration status from console.
Troubleshooting.
