My Client is hiring a Senior Flutter Developer to take the lead of their mobile app.

Top qualities: Deep Flutter expertise, Product-oriented mindset, App ownership

You'll lead the mobile experience-owning core projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping our engineering practices.

You'll:

• Lead development on key mobile features and initiatives
• Maintain and improve codebase health and best practices
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, and QA teams
• Mentor other Flutter engineers
• Share progress with Leadership on key product and tech goals

Skills

• 3+ years of commercial Flutter experience
• 4-5 years mobile app development (iOS/Android)
• 7+ years total engineering experience

Salary: £85,000-£100,000 (depending on experience)
