Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking a Senior Integration Specialist for Enterprise Integration cloud platforms on behalf of a client in the Automation sector. This role involves managing and supporting integrations on platforms like Mulesoft, Axway, or IBM Integration Bus, requiring a strong technical background and experience in development and support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support integrations on multiple Enterprise Integration cloud platforms (Mulesoft, Axway, IBM Integration Bus).
- Handle incident management, service requests, monitoring operation metrics, and alerts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in all environments.
- Implement bug fixes and continuous improvements to reduce incidents.
- Implement monitoring and alert mechanisms.
- Support monthly patching of integration platforms.
- Assist project teams and other business stakeholders.
- Design and implement integration solutions using best practices for various applications and systems.
- Enforce and implement defined policies and checklists for successful project transitions (KT).
- Ensure the technical quality, governance, and operationalization of integration solutions.
- Support the EI Architecture team in planning and implementing upgrades and migrations of current platforms according to the technology roadmap.
- Maintain communication with the EI Architecture team regarding assigned tasks and seek their consultation as necessary.
- Provide technical help to support offshore teams and external partner resources.
- Support new platform use cases and on-board them as applicable.
- Create and maintain documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of development and/or support experience in integration platforms.
- Strong experience with the Mulesoft Platform and CI/CD deployment tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience with MFT products and configuration, preferably Axway ST.
- Good experience with SQL skills and SSL certificate management.
- Experience in implementing DevOps, CI/CD configuration, and automation.
- Must have a good understanding of integration, API architecture, and cloud platforms.
- Strong collaboration skills with multiple project teams and excellent troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to provide technical help to support and build teams as applicable.
- Mulesoft or related integration certifications.
Start date: 01/06/2025
Duration: 6 months initial contract
