About the Role:
As PMO Lead, you'll play a hands-on role in embedding governance, driving best practice, and ensuring effective delivery across a large-scale programme already in motion. You'll work closely with forums, SteerCos, and senior stakeholders, delivering insight-driven reporting and supporting the cadence of governance that keeps the programme on track.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting and driving programme planning, dependency management, and financial tracking
- Leading governance forums including prep, packs, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Engaging confidently with third-party vendors and partners to manage external delivery
- Tracking and reporting on risks, issues, scope, schedule, and budget alignment
- Driving continuous improvement in tooling, processes, and reporting
- Conducting in-flight reviews and audits to ensure delivery integrity
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in Financial Services
- Proven track record supporting complex transformation or migration programmes
- Excellent stakeholder and third-party engagement experience (Forums, SteerCos, etc.)
- Skilled in programme governance, risk and issue management, and reporting
- Confident in using Microsoft Office and managing SharePoint
