About the job:

We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with strong Ansible expertise to help automate and secure the backbone of our critical IT systems. You'll work in a high-performing DevOps team responsible for managing and optimizing Oracle Exadata and ZFS infrastructure in a fully automated way. This is a hands-on role where you'll engineer automation solutions, support compliance and security, and coach others in the team on automation best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Automate provisioning, configuration, and maintenance tasks for Oracle Exadata and ZFS systems using Ansible and Azure DevOps.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
• Integrate security and compliance standards into infrastructure automation workflows.
• Build and maintain Ansible Playbooks and collections; contribute to the Ansible Automation Platform.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to improve delivery, resilience, and maintainability.
• Share expertise and coach team members to improve their Ansible and development skills.
• Help ensure infrastructure is stable, scalable, and highly available.
• Actively participate in improvement initiatives and technical troubleshooting.

Ideal profile:

• 5+ years of experience in Linux infrastructure engineering and automation.
• Advanced experience with Ansible and automation in Red Hat or Oracle Linux environments.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, REST APIs, and Scripting (Python is a plus).
• Solid understanding of infrastructure security, networking, and Firewall management.
• Experience with Oracle Exadata or ZFS appliances is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset, eager to solve complex challenges and automate everything possible.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude.
• Fluent in English (B2+ level).
