SC Cleared Security Assurance Coordinator - Permanent Position - Up to £85K

iO Associates are currently looking for an SC Cleared Security Assurance Coordinator (SAC) for a permanent position offering up to £85K(depending on experience) starting ASAP. This role offers hybrid working - the client would like you to be onsite once a week.

The ideal candidates will have experience working with the MOD, Central Governments and/or Defence Consultancies - this will be a big bonus. SC Clearance is essential for this role and it must be active. DV Cleareance would be a huge bonus.

You'll need the following experience:

• At least 5 years demonstrable experience operating in a Security Assurance Coordinator type role
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of defence policy and standards, particularly JSP 440, 453 and over-arching HMG policy.
• Experience of producing RMADS, Security Instructions and other security policy related documentation to a high standard.
• Knowledge of Security Incident Management policies, processes, and procedures.
• Delivery of Risk Assessments, Risk Treatment plans, scoping and managing IT health checks and associated remediation activities.
