• Solid experience with Ruby on Rails
• Confident across the Front End - JavaScript/TypeScript (React ideal)
• Hands-on with AWS, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes & IaC tools
• Proven experience leading or mentoring technical teams
• Strong communication, a calm head under pressure, and a solutions-first mindset
