- Experience of exiting from managed service IT provider Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, timeline, and milestones for the exit initiative.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute project deliverables.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to ensure alignment and minimize disruption.
- Monitor and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies through structured governance and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, security, and legal requirements during the exit.
- Report regularly on project status, risks, and outcomes to executive sponsors and steering committees.
- Support change management activities, including internal staff offboarding and process transitions.
- Coordinate documentation handover, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned Post-Project
