Delivery Lead - Supplier Exit Strategy Implementation

8 Month Contract
EU Based Remote (sporadic office visits required)
  • Experience of exiting from managed service IT provider Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, timeline, and milestones for the exit initiative.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute project deliverables.
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to ensure alignment and minimize disruption.
  • Monitor and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies through structured governance and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, security, and legal requirements during the exit.
  • Report regularly on project status, risks, and outcomes to executive sponsors and steering committees.
  • Support change management activities, including internal staff offboarding and process transitions.
  • Coordinate documentation handover, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned Post-Project
