We are seeking multiple highly experienced Technical Lead/Senior and Junior Developers to join a global organisation on a Contract Basis (INSIDE IR35, Hybrid - London) to design, build, and scale cloud-native applications in a modern, fast-paced Agile environment. You will lead solution design, development, and deployment using Java and AWS services, with a focus on high availability, performance, and security. They need to have experience working in the financial industry preferably Settlement payments systems.

Skills:-

• Having Strong hands-on experience with Java and Python services and building highly available software
• Proven experience working on Payments Domain - with a focus on settlement payments systems
• Having Strong hands-on experience and understanding of working in an AWS cloud native environment (specifically, EMR Spark, S3, Lambda, Kinesis)
• HavingExperience in writing unit and service level tests to ensure adequate code coverage
• Having Proven skills in high availability and scalability design, as well as performance monitoring
• Having Experience in developing and implementing API service architecture
• Should have experience in messaging systems - MQ, Rabbit MQ, Kafka, or Kinesis
• Should ensure compliance with industry standards (eg, PCI DSS) and security best practices.
• Should have experience in the Multithreading, Reactive Programming and Spring Framework
• Experience in working with relational databases
• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• Experience provisioning infrastructure with Terraform and Cloud Formation
• Should have experience in technologies - Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Helm.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins
• Having experience in SpringBoot, Gradle, Ansible, GitHub/GitFlow
• Should have experience working with Artifactory
• Have strong experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and BDD (Cucumber test framework)
• Proven experience in coding, testing, debugging, documentation, maintaining of software application
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies
• Should be able to independently innovate and advocate best practices and solve complex problems.
• Should be able to guide the team on implementing solutions from inception to production.
• A degree in a computer science or a related field is desirable but not essential.
