We are urgently seeking an experienced Interim IT Manager Contractor to support a client in the care sector currently undergoing a high-pressure audit (DSPT). This role requires a proactive and versatile IT generalist who can take immediate ownership of critical tasks and drive delivery forward.

Contract Details:

• Start Date: Immediate (ideally before next week)

• Location: North West (1/2 days in the office)

• Rate: Competitive daily rate

• Contract Length: 3 months with possible extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and integrate Azure environment

• Plan and implement encryption via Azure AD

• Lead the rollout of 2-Factor Authentication (2FA)

• Contribute to Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform configuration

• Provide hands-on networking support and troubleshooting

• Triage and progress outstanding remedial work

• Maintain and support daily BAU operations

• Deliver multiple audit-related tasks ahead of end of May deadline

Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record in IT Management within time-critical environments

• Strong background across Microsoft Azure, 2FA, encryption, MDM, and networking

• Able to hit the ground running and work with minimal handover

• Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
