Overview:
We're looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to lead and manage our Dynatrace APM implementation and support EZCorp's cloud infrastructure. You'll work across teams to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of systems including microservices, cloud platforms, and databases. Proficiency in Terraform and cloud monitoring is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and manage infrastructure using Terraform.

• Implement and optimize Dynatrace monitoring (Azure, Databricks, ADF, AKS, Service Bus, SQL, Python apps).

• Configure alerting, structured logging, tagging, and tracing standards.

• Build dashboards and management zones in Dynatrace.

• Maintain runbooks and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors through workshops and ongoing support.

Technical Requirements:

• Hands-on Dynatrace implementation experience (OneAgent, ActiveGate, DB monitoring).

• Strong skills in Terraform and Azure services (AKS, ADF, SQL, Databricks).

• Kubernetes cluster management, JVM tuning, Java upgrades (Java 17).

• Experience with logging frameworks, alert integrations, and ITSM systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Foglight and Zabbix experience.

• Dynatrace, Azure, Terraform, or Kubernetes certifications.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 4+ years in DevOps/cloud roles with APM expertise.

• Experience in high-availability transactional environments (eg, retail, payments).

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
