Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Local Runner to operate at our customer premises in Schiphol, The Netherlands.

Your Tasks will include:

• Onsite fulfillment of user requests
• Onsite user assistance
• Level 1 and level 2 support for users on Windows computers and IOS mobile devices
• Works in close cooperation with Service desk.
• Backs up and is backed up by his Belgian peer at Chiesi BE
• Local smart hands for remote level 3 support on Servers and LAN devices
• Reports to Team leader in Belgium
• Dotted reporting to customer IT Manager
• Reports progress in ITSM tool
• Time reporting via time-sheet
• Must be fluent Dutch speaking
