Operating Model SME
OPERATING MODEL SME WITH EXPERIENCE IS SWISS/MONACO REGULATIONS
6-12 month contract
Hybrid - may have to travel to Switzerland and Monaco
Day rate: neg
Outside IR35
A large private bank has engaged the market to review its operating models in Switzerland and Monaco - two high-cost, high-regulatory jurisdictions where Legacy decisions, fragmented delivery, and inconsistent client processing frameworks are limiting scale and compressing returns. The objective is to gain external validation and insight into how this bank compares to relevant peers, and to assess the feasibility and value of three key optimisation levers: client waivers, Sensitive Data Separation (SDS), and data strategy.
As part of this engagement, we will benchmark this bank's front-to-back productivity and operating structure against a curated peer set, tailored specifically to reflect the complexities of private banking in Switzerland and Monaco. Alongside this, we will deliver technical and regulatory insight into the use and impact of waivers, SDS, and data controls - assessing feasibility, effort, and regulatory viability for each lever across key functions. Our approach is underpinned by deep sector expertise, a track record of supporting operating model transformation in regulated markets, and the ability to deliver commercial insight that translates into action.
