- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and career development.
- Engage in hands-on practices such as code reviews, bug fixing, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate across departments and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Drive innovation and implement process improvements.
- Actively contribute to the team culture and overall technical direction.
Tech & Tools You'll Work With:
- Languages & Frameworks: Strong background in Java, microservices, and APIs.
- Methodologies: Agile, Scrum.
- Tools: Jira, Confluence.
- DevOps: CI/CD pipelines and tooling experience expected.
