Job Title: UKG Consultant - Time Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Consultant with a specialisation in Time Management solutions to join our growing consultancy team. You will work closely with clients across a variety of industries to deliver expert-level UKG Workforce Management implementations, optimisations, and support - with a strong focus on timekeeping, scheduling, and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage UKG Time Management implementations and upgrades.

• Analyse client requirements and configure UKG solutions accordingly.

• Provide expertise in areas such as timekeeping, accruals, scheduling, attendance, and compliance tracking.

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration with payroll and HR systems.

• Train client teams and provide ongoing support post-deployment.

• Act as a subject matter expert on UKG's time solutions and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a UKG (Kronos) Consultant, specifically in Time Management modules (eg, Workforce Central, Workforce Dimensions, UKG Pro WFM).

• Strong understanding of workforce time tracking, scheduling, and labour compliance requirements.

• Experience with system configuration, data mapping, and interface/integration management.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote or hybrid team.

• UKG certification(s) desirable but not essential.
