Job Description

Looking to speak to experienced Analytics Engineer for a perm role with one of our clients paying up to 65K depending on experience.

Hybrid work in Leeds.

Requirements
We want to hear from you if you have:
- Proven experience in analytics engineering or advanced BI/data roles with a strong focus on data modelling and transformation
- Proficiency in SQL and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Azure Synapse Analytics
- Hands-on experience with dbt for developing, testing, and documenting transformations
- Understanding of modern data stack principles, including layered modelling, modular SQL, and Git-based workflows
- Familiarity with dimensional modelling, OBT, activity schemas & data warehouse design principles
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into business context
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a drive to build systems that scale

Nice to Have
- Experience using Azure Data Factory, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and data quality testing frameworks
- Previous work with international logistics, supply chain data, or operational analytics
- Comfort working in agile, cross-functional teams and managing delivery backlogs with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
