Desktop Support/Tech Bar Engineer sought, to provide Central Government VIP and senior stakeholder user white-glove support, with their macOS devices and Google Pixel phones.
You will be supporting users with Apple macOS and Google Pixel phones. Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software incidents using ServiceNow for asset management, reporting and requests.
It is an essential requirement that you have security clearance and Apple macOS experience.
