BA/PM Regulatory Reporting CFTC/SEC Regulations - Investment Bank

We are looking for a BA/PM specifically with experience of CFTC/SEC Regulations, including experience in Dodd-Frank, EMIR SFTR, MIFID regulations. Role is in response to Audit findings relating to Reg Reporting specific to CFTC/SEC regulations. Therefore current/very recent experience of Dodd-Frank, EMIR SFTR, MIFID is essential.

Key requirements of role:-

• Experience in regulatory LOD1 with sound knowledge of Dodd-Frank, EMIR, SFTR, MIFID regulations
• candidate who knows how to navigate complex organisations and influence others is the key

The role is to enable closure of audit points by setting up a response framework to regulators, to manage the backlog of requests and to put in place effective systems going forward. The role liaises wit IT and |Operations

This is a 6 months ongoing role. It is a hybrid role - 50/50 office/home and is inside IR35 paid via an Umbrella company
