This standalone role will lead marketing manager strategy, brand development, digital campaigns, and drive high-value B2B lead generation.

Marketing & Business Development Manager - London (UK REMOTE) - Up to £65,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver marketing strategies to drive brand growth.

• Lead the rebranding of the business.

• Manage digital marketing (social media, SEO, email) and website optimisation.

• Work closely with sales teams to generate and convert leads.

• Conduct market research and analyse trends for growth opportunities.

• Manage marketing budgets and performance reporting.

• Build stakeholder relationships and represent the business at industry events.

• Launch internal communications initiatives (newsletters, Intranet updates).

• Identify and support new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 5+ years' marketing experience, with strong B2B expertise.

• Proven success in strategic marketing and digital campaign management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Passion for sustainability and environmental initiatives.
