We are looking for a Java Spring Boot and Kafka Developer to work for a client project in Strasbourg.

Location: 80%on-site work in Strasbourg (mandatory), and 20% off-site.

Start date: Immediately

Duration: 1 year; possible extensions

Preliminary Requirements: Candidate should be citizen of member states of the European Union (EU nationality), and should be able to get their criminal record, should accept security clearance process.

Job requirements:

• University degree (master or equivalent) in Computer Science
• Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience
• Extensive experience of Java with Spring Boot
• Extensive experience of Kafka
• Good knowledge of ElasticSearch or Apache Solr/Lucene
• Good knowledge of JPA (Java Persistence API)
• Experience building cloud native applications
• Very good English speaking & writing skills
• Experience and willingness of working in an international/multicultural environment
