£80,000 + 10% Discretionary bonus

Are you passionate about building world-class analytics environments from the ground up? We're looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join a rapidly growing team, playing a key role in developing a new self-serve BI platform that empowers marketing, product, customer, and technology teams.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of data visualisation and storytelling in a low data-maturity but ever developing andhigh-ambition environment - with direct impact on business decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and enhancing self-serve BI solutions to support a wide range of teams.
  • Creating impactful, visually engaging reports that tell a story and drive action.
  • Working hands-on with Power BI (essential) - delivering complex, high-quality dashboards.
  • Writing sophisticated DAX expressions and working with dbt for data transformations.
  • Collaborating closely with Data Engineering and Product and Insights teams.
  • Bringing in new digital data sources such as Google Analytics and social media data.
  • Working in a hub and spoke model as part of a newly established Center of Excellence (CoE).

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years in analytics engineering or similar roles.
  • Expert-level Power BI skills - from building dashboards to writing complex DAX.
  • Experience using dbt for data transformation.
  • Strong SQL experience.
  • Exposure to AWS (nice to have, not mandatory).
  • Comfortable working in low-maturity environments and helping build BI capability.
  • Experience working with digital data (Google Analytics, social media platforms) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills - able to talk to both technical and non-technical audiences.
