Senior SAP Finance Solution Architect - 6 months - Hybrid - Inside IR35

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Solution Architect to lead the technical design and architecture for a major SAP Finance transformation programme. This role requires deep SAP Finance expertise and strong integration, data, and security design capabilities within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define SAP Finance solution architecture including landscape, integration, data flow, and security.

• Translate business needs into technical specifications in collaboration with functional and business teams.

• Provide technical leadership, ensuring solutions align with architectural standards and best practices.

• Design integration strategies with platforms like CRM, SCM, and Data Warehouse.

• Lead data migration strategy including cleansing, transformation, and validation.

• Implement robust security architecture to protect financial data.

• Drive performance optimisation and scalability improvements.

• Maintain technical documentation (architecture diagrams, specs, guidelines).

• Evaluate new SAP technologies and identify areas for innovation.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and enterprise architecture teams.

What You Will Ideally Bring:

• 8+ years of SAP Solution Architecture experience with a focus on Finance transformations.

• Expertise in SAP Finance modules (RAR, CATS, BW, BODS) and SAP integration (PI/PO, CPI, APIs).

• Strong database knowledge (SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server) and SAP security practices.

• Experience with cloud-based SAP (eg, S/4HANA Cloud) is a plus.

• SAP certifications and familiarity with architecture frameworks like TOGAF are advantageous.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months with view for extension
• Location: Hybrid -2-3 times a week onsite in a London Office
• Rate: Up to £600 per day Inside IR35
