Our client a global technology leader is currently looking for an Agile Delivery Lead.

As an experienced Agile Delivery Lead/Project Manager, you will perform a hybrid role where you will be expected to coach the squad/s to continuously improve their Agile ways of working, alongside facilitating the delivery of product development carried out by the squad/s and having delivery responsibility for initiatives or assigned work.

Requirements:-

• Apply end-to-end delivery across any allocated initiatives/projects including financial management/reconciliation of spend and balancing of resources - it is essential to have hands-on delivery of infrastructure or technical projects/initiatives
• Guide and support a cross-disciplined squad utilising Agile values, principles and practices to deliver value to our business
• Utilise JIRA boards to facilitate change delivery by actively participating in the collation and prioritisation of the backlog
• Help the squad to meet their commitments, remove impediments and dependencies
• Provision of appropriate levels of governance across assigned initiatives/projects
• Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
• Support Product Owners (POs) across the value stream, to ensure the backlog is appropriately prioritised and that their roadmaps reflect delivery do-ability.
• Help the PO manage late and ad-hoc requests by balancing business priorities against existing commitments.
• Work with the other members of the ITS Delivery Chapter to share knowledge, best practices and develop as a team - as an ADL, you will coach, and mentor Associate Agile Delivery Leads to support their career development.
• Actively participate in the wider Agile/Dev Ops community to aid continuous learning, innovation, best practice and alignment with Hiscox engineering teams.
