Role purpose/summary

• Hand's experience as ServiceNow Business Analyst or Developer supporting CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, Orchestration, Upgrades.
• Ability to analyse the CMDB data, create report and creating presentations
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong logical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as part of a diverse geographical team.
