Job Title: Project Manager - Logistics & DLM
Location: Aldgate East, London (4 days onsite per week)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with a strong understanding of logistics processes and experience in Dynamic Logistics Management (DLM). This is a Embedded role within a large enterprise environment, working closely with senior stakeholders to support the successful delivery of logistics-related initiatives.
This opportunity offers a chance to build strong internal relationships and gain unique visibility into a complex, high-profile operation. The role requires a regular onsite presence (4 days per week) at the client's central London headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact within the client's organisation for logistics-related project work.

Lead initiatives related to Dynamic Logistics Management, ensuring alignment with established processes and systems.

Utilise ServiceNow as a key platform for workflow and project tracking.

Deliver clear and regular reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Identify and support opportunities for process improvement and operational optimisation.

Collaborate cross-functionally across departments and teams to ensure successful project execution.

Navigate and work within the client's existing frameworks, governance, and business rhythms.
Experience and Skills:

Demonstrable experience managing logistics projects in a complex enterprise environment.

Familiarity or subject matter expertise in Dynamic Logistics Management (DLM).

Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar workflow platforms is highly advantageous.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at senior levels.

Capable of working autonomously within a customer environment while remaining aligned to broader team objectives.

Analytical, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
