Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Test Environment Manager or in a similar role.
• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud, DynaTrace, and Splunk is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proactivity: Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Continuous Improvement: A continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Environment Provisioning and Demand Coordination:

• Strategy Design: Develop and implement test environment strategies based on requirements.
• Maintenance Support: Assist in the maintenance and upgrades of test environments.
• Collaboration: Work with other test environment management teams and requestors via the Test Environment Board.

Test Environment Monitoring:

• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues related to the environments you manage.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the status and performance of test environments.
• Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about test environment availability.
• Data Quality: Implement controls to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of test data.

Process Improvement:

• Documentation: Maintain and enhance documentation for environment setup, deployment processes, and error troubleshooting.
• Automation Support: Assist in the implementation of automated testing, performance testing, and monitoring solutions.
• Continuous Integration: Promote continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.

Important:

• Candidates should be based in Belgium, France or in The Netherlands.
• UK based candidates are accepted if they use a an accredited umbrella company
• 8 days a month in the office is mandatory.
