You'll lead a high-impact team, shape strategic change initiatives, build strong client partnerships, and champion innovation across the region. We're after someone with serious OCM consulting chops, a track record in technology-driven change, and the vision to scale lasting impact.
- 10+ years in OCM leadership
- Global consulting + tech transformation experience
- Passion for strategy, people, and change
- Bonus if you bring certifications (Prosci, AIP, Agile)
