M365 Engineer - DWP - Remote

We are currently seeking an M365 Engineer to join an important and rapidly progressing project within DWP scope.

In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and operational stability of M365 and SMTP environments. Your primary tasks will include engineering work such as configurations, technical studies, and specific developments. You will also be expected to stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the system. Additionally, the role involves providing level 3 support for Microsoft 365 technical issues and overseeing level 4 incidents with Microsoft. You will work closely with client architects to assess future needs and ensure proper documentation and operational procedures are in place.

We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of Exchange Online messaging, along with good knowledge of related technologies such as Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI. A solid understanding of email relay products, anti-spam technologies, and SMTP gateway appliances (eg, CISCO ESA/SMTP/IRONPORT) is essential. Furthermore, proficiency in PowerShell Scripting is required for this role.

The position requires fluency in both English and French. This is a full-time, freelance, fully remote opportunity, and we are looking for candidates to start as soon as possible.
