What You'll Do

• Lead or support Mainframe modernization engagements (Cobol, JCL, z/OS, IMS, DB2, etc.)
• Assess Legacy architectures and design future-state cloud-native or hybrid solutions
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, engineers, and cloud partners to drive transformation from design through to execution
• Work across sectors including finance, insurance, and the public sector
• Contribute to internal accelerators, tools, and methodologies that differentiate us from traditional consultancies

Experience:

• Proven experience in Mainframe modernization projects (eg, replatforming, refactoring, rehosting)
• Deep understanding of Cobol, JCL, z/OS, and Legacy systems architecture
• Bonus if you've worked on cloud migration (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong consulting skills: stakeholder management, problem-solving, delivery ownership
• Ideally a background in a top-tier consultancy (Big 4, Tier 1, or equivalent)
• A desire to move fast, take ownership, and make a real impact
