Duration: 6 months initially, with strong scope to extend
Day Rate: €500 - €550

Clearance Requirements: Garda clearance to be conducted by the client
Work Authorisation: Candidates must possess an Irish/EU passport or a Full time work permit
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis within the financial regulatory sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of project management experience, preferably in financial, banking, or business environments. The role requires a strong leader capable of managing matrixed teams and delivering projects within structured governance frameworks.
A key requirement for this role is hands-on experience with business process legislation and remediation, particularly in interpreting regulatory mandates and aligning operational processes to ensure full compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects using a standardised project management life cycle methodology, ensuring full compliance with governance frameworks.

Manage business process legislation-related projects, ensuring remediation efforts align with evolving regulatory requirements.

Oversee project execution, including scope definition, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Ensure effective planning and implementation of process changes driven by legal or regulatory developments.

Collaborate across departments, providing leadership, structure, and guidance to cross-functional teams.

Drive results using strong influencing and motivation skills, with a focus on successful remediation outcomes.

Apply structured change management techniques and ensure operational adoption.

Deliver high-quality project documentation, reporting, and presentations to key internal and external stakeholders.

Leverage Microsoft tools, including MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint, to manage and track project deliverables.
Essential Requirements

Minimum of five years' experience in a project management role, ideally within financial services, regulatory, or banking sectors.

Demonstrated experience working with business process legislation and remediation in a regulatory context.

Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.

Primary degree in a relevant discipline such as Project Management, Finance, Banking, or Business.

Strong understanding of project and change management methodologies.

Proven leadership in managing cross-functional and matrixed teams.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.

High proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
