Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP Supply Chain Data Migration Expert
based in Cheshire for an initial 12 month contract.

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Data Migration Expert with a focus on SAP Integrated Clinical Supply Management (ICSM).
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in migrating both structured and unstructured clinical data, with a strong background in clinical supply chain data migration.
This role requires expertise in source to target mappings, data design, information architecture, relevancy rules, harmonization, and consolidation of data. Leadership capabilities are essential as you will acts as the Data SME and guide data migration teams within the clinical supply chain domain.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of clinical supply chain data to the SAP ICSM platform, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies, plans, and processes for structured and unstructured clinical data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data migration requirements.
- Design and implement source to target mappings, ensuring seamless data transition and transformation.
- Establish and enforce data relevancy rules, harmonization, and consolidation to support clinical supply chain processes.
- Utilize ETL tools such as Syniti ADM or like to facilitate efficient data migration.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Document data migration processes, methodologies, and best practices for future reference.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in SAP data migration, specifically within clinical supply chain
- Previous experience working with SAP ICSM module
- Hands-on experience with migrating structured and unstructured clinical data.
- Proficiency in using ETL tools like Syniti ADM or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of source to target mappings, data design, and information architecture.
- Experience in data relevancy rules, harmonization, and consolidation.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in working relevant domains eg Pharma, R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance, HR, Legal, Facilities etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, business analysis, and consultancy skills
