A growing and dynamic firm based in Cambridge City centre are looking for a passionate and customer-focused 1st Line Support Engineer to join their busy Service Desk Team.

There's a strong focus on career progression, with opportunities to move into a 2nd Line role as you develop your skills.

Responsibilities

  • Providing 1st line IT support to internal users across the UK and EMEA
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues within a fast-paced environment
  • Managing the new starter and leaver process to ensure smooth transitions
  • Building and configuring laptops and PCs
  • Contributing to the security and stability of the IT environment

Skills Needed

  • 1-2 years of IT support experience in a Windows environment
  • Active Directory and Office 365
  • A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to support colleagues at all levels
  • The ability to work on-site in Cambridge City Centre 5 days a week
  • Full right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
