Deskside Support, End-User Computing Engineer - Fluent Spanish and English | Barcelona, Spain | 6 months contract, extendable | Hourly rate, between €20 and €25, depending on the experience
I am currently recruiting for a Deskside Support, End-User Computing Engineer (Fluent Spanish and English speaking) to work in Barcelona, Spain.
Duties of the Deskside Support, End-User Computing Engineer:
- Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware
- Very strong hands-on experience (Hardware and software)
- Good knowledge of Win 10, Win 7 & MS Office
- Application/software installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge/exposure to ticketing tools (Service Now)
- Windows system administration
- Strong Troubleshooting Skills
- Working knowledge of supporting computer peripherals, like printer, scanners etc.
- Understanding of Active Directory, networking
- Strong knowledge of server and network hardware and equipment
Hourly rate, between €20 and €25, depending on the experience (a minimum of 8 hours a day, overtime is available).
