ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider, assisting them with the search for a Governance Manager on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be working with a Telecoms end client across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of Demand Process Governance frameworks to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Design, document, and update procedures for invoice validation and related financial processes.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
• Commercial analysis of program rollout and future demands.

• Excellent process management skills.
• Governance framework experience.
• Risk & Compliance experience.
• Telecoms background (essential).
