About the Project

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Transition Manager to support a key client in transitioning their Legacy SAP CS (Customer Service) solution from ECC to S/4HANA Customer Management. This is a focused consulting engagement where you will lead the transition effort with a clear scope: enabling core service functionality in S/4HANA without reliance on FSM or third-party add-ons.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the client's internal IT team (customizing, development, and data migration).
• Manage the reintroduction of the S/4HANA Service module, mirroring the ECC approach to service contracts and internal order accounting.
• Provide strategic leadership for the migration from SAP CRM to S/4HANA Service Contracts.
• Ensure tight integration with SD, FI, and CO modules, especially for open service contracts and internal order continuity.
• Maintain project focus and defend against scope creep or additional requirements beyond the core objective.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in SAP CS (ECC) and S/4HANA Customer Management modules.
• Proven track record in leading service module transitions, especially involving data migration and internal order usage.
• Deep understanding of cross-module integration (SD, FI, CO) within S/4HANA.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide internal teams and stakeholders remotely.
• Available for 2 days/week on a part time basis.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a bonus.
