Chief Product Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for a Chief Product Analyst to lead data strategy and product analytics across our digital platforms. You'll partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and leadership to uncover insights, drive experimentation, and shape the roadmap with data-driven decisions. Your work will directly influence growth, retention, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and monitor KPIs to guide product strategy
• Lead A/B tests and statistical analysis to validate features and ideas
• Analyze user behavior to identify trends and opportunities
• Build dashboards and automated reports for ongoing insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-first decision making

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years in product, digital, or business analytics (ideally E-commerce)
• Strong SQL skills (BigQuery/Redshift preferred)
• Proficient in Python or R for analysis
• Experience with A/B testing, user behavior tracking, and dashboard tools
• Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator

Nice to Have

• Experience with quasi-experimental methods and predictive modelling
• Familiarity with tools like Looker, Google Data Studio, or MicroStrategy
