Data Engineer - Ab Initio Specialist

We're on the hunt for talented Data Engineers to drive a cutting-edge enterprise data integration programme-an ambitious initiative that's redefining how data flows, scales, and delivers value across the organisation. At the heart of this mission is Ab Initio, and we're looking for specialists who can take data engineering to the next level.

As part of a pivotal project team, you'll be designing and building next-gen data pipelines with performance, precision, and scalability in mind. You'll play a central role in crafting robust ETL solutions, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with Ab Initio-particularly Spira and Merge, which are core to how we manage versioning, streamline deployment, and foster true DevOps collaboration.

This is more than just a build role. You'll work closely with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to shape a data landscape that's future-ready. You'll be solving complex data challenges, optimising workflows, and helping shape the architecture behind a major enterprise-wide transformation.

We're after seasoned Ab Initio pros with hands-on expertise in Spira and Merge, solid ETL foundations, and the confidence to work independently while delivering at speed.
