The Role:
You'll be the go-to expert for escalated support issues, ensuring seamless IT operations across the business. Working closely with the internal IT team and wider business units, you'll tackle complex problems and contribute to strategic improvements in infrastructure and service delivery.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in a 3rd Line Support or Infrastructure role
• Strong skills across the Microsoft ecosystem (including Windows Server, Active Directory, O365, Azure, and Intune)
• Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, professional services or agency-style environment (ideal but not essential)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
